residential and special-purpose building assignments, providing service
to a distinguished clientele that includes corporations, law firms,
financial institutions, developers, real estate companies and
government agencies. Because we have no affiliation with any real
estate firm, you are assured of objective, complete judgments on the
value and utility of a real estate asset. We do not act as
dealers, nor do we offer brokerage services or accept commission work.

The head of the firm is a professional certified with an
MAI designation, which is awarded to only 3% of the appraisers in the
country. Urban's staff is drawn from diverse backgrounds in both
real estate and business disciplines, from the public and private
sectors. Our associates offer a broad range of practical and

Our appraiser use state-of-the-art techniques such as Pro-ject and
Pascal software packages for gathering, analyzing, and applying
