Lincoln Park, 600-unit high-rise buildings in downtown Chicago and

side of Chicago for the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
- A 502 unit apartment complex in Grand Blanc, Michigan, for
Marquette Properties.
- A 628 unit, multi-residential apartment complex in a Near
North Chicago neighborhood that is undergoing gentrification. We
appraised the property in its "as is" condition and also its value
after the planned rehabilitation. This included a 92,000
square foot shopping center which includes a 10 screen movie theater
anchor.
- A 518 unit apartment complex in Indianapolis, Indiana, for
foreclosure purposes at the request of First Capital Life Insurance
Company in California.
- A 440 unit apartment complex in Lisle, Illinois for
bankruptcy litigation.
- A 600+ apartment complex in Naperville, Illinois for the
CTA pension fund.
- A 302 unit new apartment tower located on North Clark
Street in Chicago, Illinois, at the request of Clark/Elm Associates
Limited Partnership.
- In the late 1980's apartment complexes throughout USA for
Balcor while owned by J. Reinsdorff.
